Wood hot press cushion, silica cushion padding
Cushion pad for hot Press Machine for Plywood industry have the following types: Silicone brass pad,cotton brass pad, polyester needle felt padding or aramid needle felt padding, and silicone cushion.
They are used in hot press machine to suppress floor, particleboard, venner, plank, furniture and so on.
Notice: when install the cushion padding, it must be leveled.
On the working, cushion padding is installed between hot press board and mould, it will transfer evenly the cushion board’s pressure and temperature so that the veneer and the substrate can be more closely, evenly and smoothly bonded together. So as to improve the products’ quality and reduce errors to protect the mould from damange.
Hot press cushion have silica gel - skeleton - silica gel structure with 3mm, 4mm or 5mm thickness.
